Holy Wrench
Info
The holy wrench is a reward for the completion of the Rum Deal quest. It may be worn in the pocket slot.
If players have the wrench in their pocket or inventory when they drink a prayer potion, super prayer potion or super restore potion, they will regain additional Prayer points depending on their Prayer level. The increase is 10-20 Prayer points for each dose of a regular prayer potion, and 10-30 points per dose of a super restore potion. The wrench also affects Prayer points restored by prayer renewal potions (including holy overload) over time, increasing them by 30 prayer points. The effect of the wrench stacks with all tiers of the Reverence aura.
The holy wrench may be used in low-risk combat situations such as Slayer, where signs of item protection or life are not needed.

God Book / Illuminated
Info
Obtaining the books
During Horror from the Deep, players speak to Jossik about a rusty casket, who asks the player to read what the chest says. You can choose from 6 gods: Saradomin, Guthix, Zamorak, Armadyl, Bandos or Zaros (access to the Ancient book requires completion of The Dig Site). The rest of the books can also be purchased straight after for 5,000 each.
For whichever god you choose, you will get a "damaged book" of that god. When wielded, this book provides +2 to Prayer. However, this is not the book's true potential; torn pages that are missing from your damaged book can be found and put back in to complete the book. Torn pages are a reward from completing treasure trails, cremating vyre corpses in the Columbarium, or by buying them from other players, either directly or via the Grand Exchange.
Special Effects
God books and illuminated god books have a passive effect that can be activated or deactivated in combat, similar to scrimshaw, which is unique to each god. This effect needs to be charged and is done by using the corresponding god page on a complete god book, each page adding a 45 minute (25%) charge. The page number does not matter, so long as the page is for the same god. The effects are unchanged for illuminated books.
If the player loses the book, it will lose all its remaining charges, requiring the player to add additional pages in order to activate the passive effect.
All effects have a 5% chance to occur with each hit, and have a 12 second cooldown after activating before it can activate again. They deal 60% fixed plus 40% randomly (20% fixed, 40% randomly in PvP combat) of the maximum damage numbers (this is incorporated into the ranges given). The damage dealt is a percentage of ability damage (weapon damage in legacy mode). Damage boosts that are applied during damage calculation (for example, ultimate abilities, prayers, Void Knight equipment, and the Slayer helmet) do not affect the god book's special effect. Damage boosts applied after damage calculation (such as auras, Keris, Darklight, and Balmung) will affect the god book's special effect.
Armadyl
A tornado spins at the target's location dealing 4 hits of damage in 4 ticks, dealing 30-50%, 30-50%, 60-100%, and 60-100% damage for a total of 180-300% damage (PvP: 10-30%, 10-30%, 20-60%, 20-60%; total 60-180%). If the target moves from the tornado, the damage is halted. Based on Kree'arra's hard mode special attack.
Bandos
A shockwave hits the target, dealing 90-150% damage (PvP: 30-90%), reducing the target's Defence level by 5% + 5 and increasing its affinity values by 3 for 12 seconds. Based on General Graardor's ranged attack.
Guthix
The sword of edicts falls on the target, then burns and explodes. Deals an initial hit of 90-150%, 3 hits of 7.5-12.5%, and finally 37.5-62.5% (with the final hit being split in a 3x3 area, if there are multiple targets nearby), for a total of 150-250%. (PvP: initially 30-90%, 3 hits of 2.5-7.5%, and 12.5-37.5 AoE; total 50-150%).
Saradomin
A lightning strike hits the target for 165-275% damage (PvP: 55-165%). Based on Commander Zilyana's attack.
Zamorak
A dark explosion hits the target and the surrounding targets in a 3x3 area for 150-250% damage (split over all targets) (PvP: 50-150%). Based on K'ril Tsutsaroth's 'YARRR' attack.
Ancient
Icicles hit and surround the target, dealing 120-200% damage (PvP: 40-120%) and binding the target for 4 seconds. Based on Nex's ice prison attack.
Creating an illuminated god book
Making an illuminated god book requires the completion of One Piercing Note as well as 60 Crafting and Prayer. To make an illuminated god book, go to the Abbey of St. Elspeth Citharede and use a completed god book on the Book-making table in the room most south of Abbess Benita. Completing each illuminated god book for the first time awards 10,000 Crafting and Prayer experience.
Each of the four steps in copying the book requires 200–250 Prayer points, with each successive step requiring fewer Prayer points. Therefore, having 80 Prayer makes the process of creating illuminated god books faster and easier.
These steps must be done in order, otherwise you will have to start over.

If player runs out of Prayer points required to finish a step, there is an altar in the oratory at the east end of the abbey to recharge Prayer. This allows the player to make multiple books without having to leave the abbey. It is possible to do the last step without having 200 Prayer points remaining. Overall, if a Prayer renewal potion is used, you can keep creating "sections" of the book each time your Prayer points reach 210.
