Elite dungeon chest upgrade is purchased from the Elite Dungeon Reward Shop from Bryll Thoksdottir for 750,000 Dungeoneering tokens. It can be accessed in 3 locations: south of Daemonheim near the Dungeoneering reward shop, on the southern beach on Aminishi, and near the entrance to the Dragonkin Laboratory.
