Asylum Surgeons Ring is a Great ring for its stats and the ability to build adrenaline it's free to get but is a little hard to get as a reward depends if you like puzzles.
When to buy Luck of the Dwarves
When 40m isn't much to you and you have gotten all your other gear slots pretty much best in slot already. Its the best all rounder ring if you can only afford one ring. People will also use it as a switch so they will use something like Asylum Surgeons or Ring of Death 90% of the fight and then switch to LOTD for the luck bonus.
Ring of Death
Ring of Death is also a great ring if you want to save lots of money in death fees. Some people's deaths are over 1m so it saves them tons of money.
Luck of the dwarves

When worn, slightly increases the chances to receive certain unique drops and rewards that are affected by the luck mechanic. It is classified as a tier 4 luck enhancer, in addition to also providing the effects of a tier 1-3 luck enhancer. The ring can be equipped right before the monster dies to benefit from the ring's luck effect.

It has two passive effects when worn:

When a target is killed, there is a 50% chance of restoring the wearer's adrenaline by 1% for every 1500 of the target's maximum life points, to a maximum of 5% adrenaline.

If the wearer dies, they will be teleported to the last respawn hub visited, with all items intact (including familiars), at a cost of 15% of the ring's charge (effectively costing 381,647 coins). This effect does not work while in the Wilderness and will NOT activate for Hardcore Ironmen accounts.
Ring of Vigour

The ring of vigour is an item that can be obtained using 50,000. When the ring of vigour is worn;

When an ultimate ability is used, the user will continue combat from 10% adrenaline instead of 0%.

When the Weapon Special attack ability is used it only requires 90% of the normally required adrenaline or special attack energy.
Ring of vigour does stack with Invigorate for extra adrenaline.
Asylum surgeon's ring

The asylum surgeon's ring is a reward for completing Broken Home in under 37 minutes after the initial completion of the quest, as well as completing all the other designated challenges beforehand. It requires level 85 Defence to wear and grants bonuses to Strength, Ranged, and
Magic. Wearing the ring gives the player;

10% chance to prevent adrenaline loss when using threshold abilities (30 second internal cooldown).

40% chance of saving 25% of a special attack's original cost (e.g. 60% becomes 45%).
